Because there is such a small difference between US and metric cups (10 ml - or 2 teaspoons), it shouldn't make too much difference to your recipe if you use either cup. The rest of the western world uses the metric cup size which is 250 ml. In the US, the standard cup size is 240 ml. Cup measurementsĭepending on where you live in the world, a cup size can differ.
